A safe space to express your feelings and learn techniques to be able to observe, identify, and work on the factors that may be affecting your emotional well-being. Learn to establish healthy and constructive relationships with others and just as importantly, with yourself. Work on self-compassion and acceptance, and start focusing on the things that matter to you right now. Work towards discovering the values you want to live your life by and learn new skills to face up to new challenges and difficult situations.

Learn to manage your anxiety so it doesn’t define or control your life anymore. Increase your self-awareness and observe the circumstances that may trigger your discomfort to find alternative coping strategies that work towards creating the meaningful life you want.

  • Answers to all the questions you might have about starting therapy with me.

I will make sure you feel seen and completely safe to talk about anything you are struggling with. It doesn’t matter how big or small you think your problem is, if it’s holding you back: I am here to help you find a way out.
