Work towards discovering the values you want to live your life by and learn new skills to face up to new challenges and difficult situations.

Learn to manage your anxiety so it doesn’t define or control your life anymore. Increase your self-awareness and observe the circumstances that may trigger your discomfort to find alternative coping strategies that work towards creating the meaningful life you want.
